SPOILER TALK Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Spoiler Talk is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

1. Prohibited Conduct

We strictly prohibit any user from using Spoiler Talk to create, upload, share, or solicit content that involves the exploitation of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• CSAM: Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Grooming: Behavior intended to establish a connection with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion: Threatening to release sexual images of a minor to coerce them.
• Solicitation: Attempting to purchase or request sexual content from or involving a minor.

2. Moderation and Enforcement

Spoiler Talk employs human admin review and community reporting to identify and remove illegal content.

• Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAM will be removed immediately.
• Account Termination: Users who are found violating these standards will be permanently banned from the platform.
• Non-Appealable: Decisions regarding child safety violations are final.

3. Reporting to Authorities

In compliance with global laws and Google Play policies, Spoiler Talk reports confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where appropriate, local law enforcement agencies. We cooperate fully with legal requests to aid in the prosecution of offenders.

4. How to Report a Violation

• Users can report suspected child safety violations directly within the app by tapping the 'Report' button on a profile or post.
• Alternatively, users may report concerns directly to our safety team at: thespoilerapp@gmail.com
